A tale read aloud from the cold keep
Liz released readby, a tool that writes a script and reads you a story, and trimmed the class schedule out of the newsletter.

Liz made readby, a tool that generates a script and reads you a story. She noted it is easy to extend because it is not very complicated.
The newsletter dropped its weekly class schedule, and the weekly schedule email now carries an up-to-date link to campus with each class list.
The CyberPony Express session that week was Operational Security, with Liz and CJ in the same room. She also pointed readers to a Meshtastic guide for anyone unsure where to start.
Multiverse Crew-
Ok, so this newsletter is great but too long, so I've stripped out the weekly class schedule. I also fixed the thing that sends you the class schedule every week so that you get an up-to-date link to campus with each class schedule. I'm slowly making this whole thing easier to learn. The chaos is something I've chosen, partly to be slightly inaccessible to folks who are not able to search through documentation.
Oh and I made a thing that will generate a script and read you a story. It's easy to extend because it isn't very complicated.
Also I addAI tools and papers to this every week, should be useful and not alarming.
The CyberPony Express continues, we'll meet virtually for the next few sessions, but this week CJ and I will be in the same room! This week: Operational Security. Wanna join in? Sign up here. Not sure where to start with the Meshtastic thing? I made you a guide here: https://themultiverse.school/x/cyberpony
I'm slowly making this whole thing easier to learn.
In an unrelated note, are you in a red state? Please make contact with your local queer community centers, and then get me introduced. Time is of the essence.
Generates a script and reads you a story; easy to extend.
A guide to getting started with Meshtastic.
A start.me page of AI tools and papers, added to every week.
ok the robots thing will be starting in June. Yes, you can apply to get involved. Let's seize those means.
I scheduled a new track of Prompt Engineering! We've revamped and updated the Prompt Engineering curriculum to cover Advanced RAG, and this week we'll start covering Model Context Protocol since it seems like the AI world is standardizing tools around MCP. It starts this week! Monday, at 5PM!
Solarpunk Standup is going on still - this is first assembly. Bring your problems, needs, and we'll get the community problem-solving. This is included in any membership tier and for anyone currently in a class or anyone I've said can just come.
Job Search / Brandup Standup will be from 9am - 10am Pacific. This is where you'll work on either search for jobs (literally apply to jobs, put in proposals, pitch contracts, do outbound emails), or your personal brand (literally the stuff like your website, social media post, mass communications, etc).
Math and Python are still being run as Community Classes- this means if you're on any tier (or frankly if you've paid for a class at one point) you can drop in to get help with Math or Python.
Don't forget to join us on Matrix, where we'll stay tight-knit and coordinated, run mutual aid groups, and keep everyone safe. This is going to be a rough few years. Let's keep each other safe and sane.
See you at first assembly.
See you in the future~ Liz
Pick a learning path. Recordings and curriculum, or live class seats too. Every class is pay-what-you-can, and scholarships are open to anyone who needs one.
